Part II must be taken within 2 years of the Part I attendance (or graduation from school if you took the course at a school that is recognized as Part I exemption qualified). *

* Important Notices on CE and Registration Conditions
NOTE on CE hours:
We are required to carefully monitor attendance at the course.
You will receive CE hours for the hours you are in attendance in the lecture room.
Each Seminar Registration includes filing for 12 hours CE for ONE STATE.
Additional state CE filings are subject to $25 each.

Your status as a subscriber will be verified upon confirmation of your registration. You must be a subscriber of the program when you register as well as when you attend to receive your
25% seminar discount. The discount does not apply to the examination fee for Part II nor to additional states' CE filings. Those are flat fees. For more information on Cox Technic Complete, please visit the

Important:
Every attempt is made to offer this program as publicized. However, F/D Enterprise, LLC, and/or the NUHS Postgraduate Division reserve the right to adjust program dates, locations, times, instructors, etc., to accommodate unexpected faculty or student needs and cancel due to insufficient enrollment. F/D Enterprise, LLC, and NUHS are not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants due to program adjustments or cancellation.
Registration Cancellation/Transfer Policy:
All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the selected and registered course, you may transfer your paid credit toward a future course within a year of the initial payment date. There is a $50 registration transfer fee plus any difference (if applicable) in tuition for the future course.
* Part II Attendance & Certification
Starting January 2011 (If you took Part I prior to January 2011, you are exempt from this.), Part II must be taken within 2 years of your Part I attendance.
* Students Who Take Part II By Exemption from Part I
Students who take and pass successfully a course in school about flexion-distraction from an instructor actively certified in Cox® Technic are exempt from taking Part I if they take the Part II course within two years of graduation.
Definition of Student and Doctor DC for Registration
A student is one who has yet to graduate. A doctor is a graduate.
Definition of Faculty for Registration
A Faculty discount is offered to Faculty members of chiropractic schools/colleges/universities who are listed in faculty directories of said institutions.
