The "Cox Sign" is proving to be a very valuable sign, one of the key signs we always look for, and has helped us ID trouble cases right away. I just want to tell you … now that I am in my own practice and actively using Cox® technique, I am amazed at what is being accomplished. I have seen incredible things. I also have the axial component on the table. What an incredible tool that can be specifically tuned for each patient's needs. I can get an adjustment and do decompression at the same time, all under control so that the motion can be tailored to the specific need of the patient.

We are opening the [sic] Spine Clinic this week. The 2 orthopedic surgeons prefer not to see any neck/back patients and we will be the referral center for the PCP doctors. IN addition to myself, the MD, PT and massage therapist, our backup includes the 2 orthos, physiatrist, neurologist, mental health, pain procedure doc and spine surgeon. Later this year we are moving to another facility with all the providers above under one roof.

...the technique is incredible. I've been using it for years and think I'm still the only re-certified doctor in [sic]...I don't know how I'd be successfully treating cervical and lumbar disc pathology without Cox® work. ...I treated a local Rheumatologist with a markedly degenerated spine and was seeking injections with no help. The physician's staff member has a [disc] that [I] treat, and he was in such pain he suggested him to see me. The physician asked the PM&R doc doing his injections about it, and I had treated other patients in concert with him. The PM&R guy said sure I was ok to see. After just 6 treatments and some home exercises he is doing great and sending me his hopeless cases and so far have been able to help them with as much success. I also did a doctor's lecture with the material [Chiro-Manis] provided and the ortho spine surgeon said he never knew how much we really knew about the spine and treatment of it. Also, he said he would send me his worse cases, and I said that was fine, but send some before they get to that stage and I felt assured I could help them and if not then he could be sure his surgical intervention would have a greater chance of long-term relief. -- S.C., DC (LA)
