The 21st Century Spinal Pain Relief Solution

Donation Opportunity

If you would be interested in supporting the on-going research efforts
into the efficacy, efficiency, biomechanics of and outcomes of Cox® Technic, your assistance is greatly appreciated by the flexion-distraction researchers headed up by Dr. Ram Gudavalli. There are THREE OPTIONS:

1- COX FUND @ National University of Health Sciences

The National University has a dedicated fund for collection of funds to help fund on-going as well as pilot studies on Cox® Technic Flexion-Distraction and Decompression Adjustment & Manipulation.
BONUS: For your donation of at least $100, you will receive a copy of the 10 minute research video depicting intradiscal pressure drops
which the technique is performed as well as footage of the facet openings and gappings while distraction motions are applied to each level.

2 -COX FUND @ PALMER RESEARCH DAVENPORT

A fund is established at Palmer Research Center in Davenport to further the research interests at Palmer under the watchful eye of Dr. Ram Gudavalli who is the principal investigator of flexion-distraction studies.

3 - TABLE DONATION IN MEMORY OF SHARINA GUDAVALLI DC

Dr. Ram Gudavalli's daughter, Sharina Gudavalli, DC, passed away in a tragic traffic accident. Dr. Sharina, following her father's footsteps, was involved in writing several papers regarding flexion-distraction clinical cases with Dr. Ralph Kruse and Dr. Jerrilyn Cambron among others. Her talent and calm, patient research skills are sorely missed.

Dr. Cox and Dr. Gudavalli have worked with Palmer to set aside funds for the purchase of The Cox®7 Table by Track Corporation to be placed in Palmer's Outreach Clinic. Dr. Sharina was always concerned for the lesser fortunate. For more information, please click here. Dr. Cox gave the first $1000 and several doctors have followed suit. Your donation is greatly appreciated for both Dr. Sharina and Dr. Ram Gudavalli and family. About 2/3 has been collected as of 8/17/09. Thank you!

CLOSING COMMENTS:
Whichever you choose, your donation is honorably appreciated.
Please know I am aware of the propriety and stewardship of your contribution and accept the call of responsibility to you.
Please complete and
return the form to me, and Iwill forward it to the appropriate institution for recognition and good use.

Personal and Professional Regards,

Jim Cox
