Part II certification examination fee: $75

CE Credits (2010):
National University of Health Sciences is the university post-grad co-sponsor for most courses.
CE Credits are applied for all states. CE is not guaranteed. Check with your state to confirm hours.

Registration Cancellation/Transfer Policy: If you cannot attend a registered course, you will have a year from date of payment to use the credit paid already toward another seminar. No refunds. There is a $50 registration transfer fee plus any difference (if applicable) in tuition for the future course.
