For over 10 years, we have been collecting and publishing case reports about Cox® Technic treatment and clinical outcomes written by Certified Cox® Technic physicians. Topics range from cervical spine disc herniation, stenosis, and arm pain, to lumbar spine/low back pain, disc herniation, and leg pain. Full details of the case are presented as follows:

the history of the case (doctors who have been consulted, images that have been taken, surgeries that have been performed, drugs that have been prescribed),
the examination findings (clinical and orthopedic tests performed, subjective patient input and imaging),
the diagnosis,
the treatment plan and
the treatment plan outcomes are presented.
