In November 2013, Dr. Maruti (Ram) Gudavalli presented at the ASME Conference in San Diego. The findings he shared were those developed at Palmer Research Center for training physicians in the proper force application of Cox Technic flexion distraction to the cervical spine. The engineers gave positive feedback for the work.
