NEW On-Demand Video: 4 Patient Cases from Workup to Treatment

04/30/2013
Dr. James Cox hosts and opens this on-demand recorded webinar with a set of some exciting research findings from just the morning before this webinar occurred. Amazing all the new material that comes out daily! These new research insights are applicable to clinical practice now, so he shares them excitedly.

Then he presents the clinical findings, imaging, diagnosis, treatment and clinical outcomes of the following cases:
  1. 74 year old male with thoracolumbar scoliosis, advanced spondyloarthrosis from L2 to L5 resulting in spinal stenosis. Low back and left leg are the clinical symptoms. This patient stands in a thoracolumbar spine flexed posture for relief.
  2. Combined thoracic and cervical spine herniated intervertebral discs in the same patient.
  3. Post vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty thoracic spine pain...what lead up to this treatment and what to do after it.
  4. Advanced cervical spinal disc degeneration, spondyloarthrosis, facet degeneration and spinal stenosis resulting in neck, shoulder, and bilateral arm pain. Chiropractic flexion distraction can help.

Dr. Cox demonstrates the application of Cox® Technic flexion distraction and distraction decompression spinal manipulation for each of these cases as well as trigger point therapy and long-y-axis (attended and unattended) with detentes of 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds. He also discusses how 100% relief of back pain or neck pain is not always the ideal goal. 50% is often hugely welcomed by patients and their physicians alike.

Why take time with this video? - The live demonstration of treatment and complete presentations of findings brings these textbook cases to life so you are ready to take them on in your own practice!
