  1. Cervical spinal cord edema and transverse myelitis. History. Examination. Differential diagnosis leading to the diagnosis. Interdisciplinary care including Vitamin B12 therapy. He will present a discussion of Vitamin B12, Folate, and Homocysteine in treatment of spinal cord degeneration. How to diagnose a Vitamin B12 deficiency with MMA test is shared.
    • LIVE PATIENT CLINICAL ROUND - This REAL patient joins Dr. Cox in her case's presentation. He shares an extensive discussion of transverse myelitis, its diagnosis, interdisciplinary management of chiropractic and medical care as well as her current condition and treatment.
  2. L4 true spondylolisthesis with L5 transitional segment (Bertolotti's Syndrome). How instability affects treatment. Treatment demonstration.
  3. L5-S1 sequestered disc with left sided sciatica, no back pain, dysuria and motor weakness. The patient is referred by her medical doctor.Treatment demonstration.
Dr. Cox demonstrates the application of Cox® Technic flexion distraction and distraction decompression spinal manipulation for each of these cases.
