George Joachim, DC

Dr. George Joachim is a certified Cox® Technic instructor with experience in the federally funded Cox® Technic Flexion Distraction studies from the early biomechanics studies to clinical pressure application collection for low back technique and the on-going cervical spine biomechanics study with Palmer Research Center, Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and Hines VA Hospital in Chicago.

 

Dr. Joachim attended Ohio State University and completed his Doctoral work at National College in Chicago. He completed his hospital rotation at Edgewater Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Joachim is Board Certified in Rehabilitation. He is a past President of the Northeast Indiana Chiropractic Association. Dr Joachim has lectured nationally and internationally on the conservative treatments for low back and neck pain. He is part of the post graduate faculty at the National University of Health Science. His personal background involves a strong athletic career as a collegiate "Big 10" competitor, to more recently, a Bronze medal winning United States National Bobsled athlete and indoor Track and Field top finishes.
